HC Buzău aduce pivotul Didi Hrimiuc pentru cupele europene

HC Buzău se pregătește să debuteze în cupele europene și continuă să își întărească lotul. Joi, clubul buzoian a anunțat transferul pivotului Didi Hrimiuc, venit de la CSM Focșani, fiind unul dintre liderii echipei vrâncene în sezonul respectiv.

Noul pivot este așteptat să aducă forță și experiență pentru confruntările din EHF Cup. Hrimiuc a mai evoluat la Steaua București, în perioadele în care clubul militar se lupta pentru fruntea campionatului.

Este al șaptelea transfer al HC, după Łukasz Gogola, Gabrielius Virbauskas, Alexandru Tărâță, Csog Vencel, Nemanja Grbovic, Zeljko Sukic. Din lot au plecat în vară Aidenas Malasinskas, Bogdan Meduric, Daniel Susanu, Robert Cîtu, Luka Mitrovic, Sergio Barros și Ivan Mosic.

Transferul vine într-un moment cheie pentru clubul buzoian, care după ce a încheiat sezonul precedent pe locul 3 în Liga Zimbrilor va reprezenta orașul și județul Buzău în cupele europene. Potrivit opiniabuzau.ro, această mutare arată dorința conducerii de a consolida echipa înaintea competițiilor continentale.
