August 2025 aduce scădere a tranzacțiilor imobiliare față de iulie

Datele ANCPI arată că în august 2025 au fost tranzacționate 53.433 imobile la nivel național, o scădere semnificativă față de luna precedentă, însă cu o ușoară creștere față de august 2024.

În august 2025, au fost încheiate 30.367 de ipoteci, cu 1.780 mai multe decât în august 2024. Bucureștiul rămâne în frunte cu 5.769, urmat de Ilfov (2.598) și Constanța (2.439). Cele mai puține s-au înregistrat în Sălaj (56), Harghita (98) și Caraș-Severin (107).

Conform datelor ANCPI, în august 2025 53.433 de tranzacții au fost înregistrate la nivel național. În raport cu luna iulie, activitatea este cu 12.580 mai mică, dar față de august 2024 a înregistrat o creștere de 2.366.

Bucureștiul, Ilfovul și Brașovul au înregistrat cele mai multe tranzacții, 10.237, 3.246 și 2.704, în timp ce Teleorman (30), Covasna (294) și Sălaj (353) au cele mai puține. La nivel de reședințe, Brașovul are 1.294 vânzări, urmat de Iași 960 și Cluj-Napoca 849. Potrivit %source%, opiniabuzau.ro notează aceste tendințe.
